I took some photos of it after yesterday’s game and should have them posted in the next day or two.

The scoreboard is a nice addition. From what I was told the scoreboard wasn’t fully functional until opening day (Thursday). There were some issues opening night with the scoreboard but by the end of the home stand it was much better. As the season goes on and they explore the various features that come with the scoreboard I’m sure the show will continue to expand and improve. At some point I think there is supposed to be a radar gun on either the ribbon or scoreboard (can’t remember which).

Actually, there will be two ways to enter the stadium once the deck is finished. You can enter through the way you mentioned above or up a set of steps to the deck area. It’s still a work in progress. I’m guess you probably won’t see the entrance area completely finished until next season.

The outfield wall is chain link (also has been) and what you see is the finished product. There is/will be padding around the metal posts, which the did not have before.

Greg – I would guess that this is an isolated incident, still working out the kinks from all the changes. ABC is a nice addition as there food is pretty good but with them comes higher pricing.Senators Fans Unitehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15369809938009607326noreply@blogger.com
